Seabrook Texas Town ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and online marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Order & shipping information — items purchased, shipping address, and order history.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Content you upload — for sellers/artists, the artwork images and listing details you submit.
Usage data — basic device, browser, and interaction data used to operate and improve the site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the marketplace, and only as needed to perform their service:

Stripe — payment processing and seller payouts.
Print & fulfillment partners — to produce and ship physical products.
Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
Cloudflare — to store and serve uploaded images.
Email provider — to deliver transactional email.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Tourism Impact Tracking

We measure how our tourism activities bring visitors to Seabrook, and share the resulting totals with the City of Seabrook in support of hotel occupancy tax funding applications. Only aggregate figures are shared — never individual responses.

To count visitors rather than page requests, your browser stores a randomly generated identifier and we record which pages are viewed against it. That identifier is not derived from your IP address or any other detail about you, we do not store your IP address, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

We also offer an optional visitor survey. Every question on it is optional and nothing is recorded unless you tick the consent box first. If you provide a ZIP code, it is used solely to measure the distance from Seabrook, because funding eligibility depends on attracting visitors from more than 50 miles away. We do not ask for your name, home address or payment details, and we do not collect hotel guest records.

This website does not collect the City's Hotel Occupancy Tax. Hotels and lodging businesses report and pay that to the City themselves.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and a secure payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
